This hotel offers great value in one of the most sought after areas in Bangkok to stay. The front desk staff is excellent working with great efficiency and knowledge to answer questions and manage guests requests. The buffet breakfast offers a different variety of cuisine from day-to-day and good value, particularly if you eat at what they deem as happy hour where the cost is reduced. The room was spacious with comfortable queen beds, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and excellent plumbing. It is equipped with a small fridge, TV and floor to ceiling windows that don't open. They have a rooftop patio and pool with a bar/restaurant that has seating inside and out. We only ever ate small plates, so can't comment on the menu, other than the food was average. We stayed 8 nights and found the hotel to be quiet allowing for great sleeps after very busy days. Will definitely return to this hotel. The location is unbeatable with a short walk down a quiet laneway off the main road and close proximity to a large park, shops, restaurants, malls and the transit hub.

The location is very convenient and quiet not far from the BTS stop and Terminal 21. Affordable room rate with breakfast. The breakfast area is on the ground floor near the reception and includes a little bit of everything. At the top is a small pool where, however, there is a lack of sunbeds and you often have no place to enjoy some relaxation. The restaurant also on the top floor is very nice although the staff working there could be more smiling and welcoming to the customer. The food served at the restaurant very good and also well presented. Very relaxing to have dinner by the pool with the view of Bangkok. Room not very large but basically comfortable enough, though a bit lacking in cleanliness. I booked through booking. com and the room I was given was not bright at all with the window without any view. When I asked for a change I was given a much smaller window but at least with some view. Maybe if I booked directly with the hotel I would have gotten a better room. Overall I had a good time although, being a not very large hotel, I would have expected more customer care. I spent six nights in this hotel.

Here is an e mail i sent to Affendy Ismail cluster general manager afterski Boeing contacted by the Hotel afterski my stay. The e mail and a folklore up was ignored. Dear Sir I am glad that you have asked for feedback as I would rather give you the details of my experience during my stay than to publish a poor review on TripAdvisor or similar. As you can see I stayed with you for 26 nights, having previously stayed with you in 2022/23 for about 12. In summary I would describe the hotel as having nice staff who are unable to disguise that the hotel desperately needs refurbishment. I invite you to compare the online photographs which is what attracts guests and the reality when you stay there. The first impression is always the lasting one and the first thing that you see on arrival are worn old sofas in the lobby with holes in the leather. These were in the same condition a year ago and when I saw that I thought how mush else in the hotel has not been maintained. I was soon to find out. Here are photos of the sofas. I also had issues with the room I was given 610 There were stains on the walls, dirty marks on the curtains and chips out of the glass table. Photos of that are also included. I complained about the room and was moved to 704 after a discussion of the issues with Miriam (a very nice and helpful lady) The bathroom door in 704 would not shut properly and I also reported that which was also fixed. By this stage I did not expect anything to work properly at the hotel and it was spoiling the enjoyment of my holiday. I also broke a glass which I dropped, a simple accident for which I was asked to pay. I refused and I was not asked again. I had breakfast twice during your happy hour. On the first occasion all the fruit juice was finished and I had to ask for some to be provided which was. Note that it was horrible, how you manage to provide such sweet nasty fruit juice in a city where every corner has beautiful fruit for sale defies belief. Next I poured myself some coffee, it was bitter and only just warm, I had to ask the same man behind the counter for fresh hot coffee which he did when I went back for some more, it was cold and awful. I do get the impression that after 9.30 you don’t pay much attention to your breakfast customers. The bacon and eggs were o.k. Nothing else cooked looked inviting. Sadly I will not be returning to Galleria 10 as I believe that the hotel is misrepresented by your website and the 70,000 baht that I spent with you would be better spent elsewhere next time I visit Bangkok. Stayed here 3 years ago for 14 days...this time for 11 nights..service as usual top class, with a special mention for one of the managers Adil Shar he made us so welcome and is a credit to the hotel...all the staff are incredibly friendly and go the extra mile...this hotel is just a short walk to everything you require..

We stayed for one night and it was really comfortable. The reception was nice and accommodating. The breakfast has a lot of options and was really good. The location was also nice, as it is near to K-Town and BTS stations (Nana and Asok). So, if you wanna be near the city but also prefers quiet area, then we recommend this place.
